And why they have not used them to fight back Annilhilus?

If I remember correctly, the FantasticFour Skrull always looks like that, with the hands/feet from each character. On the Skrull homeworld he was made specifically to battle them.

Your premise of anyone could be a skrull isnt wrong, but that's not what those are. Those are new superskrulls bred for assualting earth now and just arrived, not the infiltrators.

Oh and it would take an extreme amount of bullshit to bring Cap back with this, since when he died he didn't turn into a skrull. Unless they cloned him. So I guess a average amount of bullshit.
