I've had many a good conversation with friends about this. I've personally not had the pleasure of the thumb up the butt as most of my women have been prudes, but I'll entertain the idea. Other friends meanwhile are big proponents of it, and not afraid to admit it. So naturally we got talking about the rules for a heterosexual male dildo:

a) Must not have a "head" or in any way resemble a penis
