I'm not sure if "fascist" is really applicable here, but he's obviously letting personal biases affect his decisions on a job that should presumably treat everyone equally. If we were talking about someone that would have created a risk of harm to other passengers then that's different, but this was simply him making a subjective value judgment about other random people.

I personally hate public transportation, and much of that is because of my dislike for most other people. However, if I did take a bus or subway somewhere and was stuck sitting next to those people in the article I wouldn't have a problem. While most goths I've met are retards they're also generally fairly nice, or at the very least won't bother you unless you bother them.

I'd be far more concerned about being stuck next to some evangelical Christian or a furry or something.
