Just fyi iirc vitamin E and canola / flaxseed oil have been proven to help reduce stretch marks.

Alot of my "bodybuilding" buddys, myself included have some issues with stretch marks due to rapid body composition change. Anyone who goes to the gym semi-seriously knows what i'm talking about.

According to the vitamin E wikipedia, it doesn't work, and can in some cases make scarring/stretchmarks even worse.

I suck at reading these things. What the hell does this say? It looks like Lays to me, but I could also see Slays? Slayer is a stretch, the S and R are there possibly but I can't make out an E. It's nicely done, but wtf does it mean? Is it even supposed to say anything?

The picture is called "Fast and Furious" or something, which lead me to this site. The guy who made it seems to go by "Mr. Stack", so I'm gonna assume it says "Stackz." Although, the C and the K are kinda iffy.
