BruuceWarduck uses MacroQuest. Note in this pic the red XX/XX FPS display. That is, in fact, placed there via the program MacroQuest. It's a feature added via one of the core plugins.

My guess is l33t is a warp command, which is how he's out of melee range despite being summoned just before, since he doesn't have a speed buff.

So that isn't just the normal FPS limiter that allows you to run multiple instances of EQ a little smoother by cutting the FPS of the ones in the background down?
