MQ is more about cleaning up shit in EQ that shouldn't be there in the first place, like not being able to target shit thats right beside you for no fucking reason or the retarded keypressing for archery, bardsong and tradeskilling (which can be got around with hardware anyway, please call all rangers with their autofire game pads cheaters and see how you get laughed at.) MQ makes EQ better, if you don't use it, you're playing an even shittier game than you could be.
