For someone who is calling someone else a cheater maybe you need to check yourself. The only way you could of known about that is by in fact using the program yourself. I had no clue what they ment, as I am sure half the people here didnt as well. You have how ever made it obvious that you dont have to use a SS to slip up. Knowing more then you should can speak just as loud as a picture.

I thought Macroquest only plays certain preset commands for you so you can AFK or not suffer through tedious tradeskilling. If the guy is screenshotting stuff, hes obviously not AFK. Even if he was using Macroquest how is this cheating? Its gimpy yeah, but not cheating the game by any means.

I dont know what kind of features the program gives ya. Its called cheating cause it makes ya do things ya normally couldnt do possible.

I play a level 65 bard. Im sure a macro program like this could twist 4 songs perfectly and to the second. It would make it so a bard for example could keep 4 songs running 100% of the time. Which lets face it is hard to do. Is it making it so I am doing somthing I cant do on my own? No. It is however making my job SUPER easy, and taking away all challenges.

Just press 1 and let the program twist. I can go watch football and eat lunch while my group tears mobs apart. The people who use programs like this are the same fags who used Wall Hack in Counter Strike. The need to be the best so they have to use shady programs to make others think they are "l33t"

i've used macroquest since it's public release. why? because i like to see people's surnames in /who and get rid of that nasty anon. also i liked to find profitable combines. shame on me i suppose

i've seen it come a long way, with it's tie ins it can edit offsets, a previously complicated task. this has now been boiled down into "hello sir what would you like to do" basically.

if you want no summon, you can have no summon. you still see the "you have been summoned" message, but nothing happens. you can make EQ think the air is water and you can swim everywhere. you can take no damage from lava. you can do groupleader shit while you're not group leader (same goes with guild) and in more recent events you can have GM powers

if Bruuce is using MQ i don't know, i haven't used it in a while so i don't know if those numbers are from MQ or just the FPS window or whatever the fuck you kids are talking about.

not quite wattson. the CS hacks were programmed and made widely available for the explicit intent for hacking and ruining other player's times. MQ started as a curios programmer seeing what he could do. while the project has always remained open source (proof of his benevolence) the hacking portion of it was kept to a set of few people. over time this info leaked and more and more people got a hold of it. unfortunately for the community, the possibilities of MQ soared and so did the count of morons who knew someone who knew someone who knew something.

I used MacroQuest regularly to help me with twisting due to a very bad case of carpal tunnel. I don't use it anymore because I don't play. I do, however, keep up on the community.

A person does not have to use a program to know something about it. You ever heard of a little thing called research? Probably not, with the utter fucking nonsense you spewed.
