wtf of course they do. Here's a little Cuban history in case you didn't know:

In the 1700's Cortez sailed to Mexico to befriend the Incas. When he got there the Incas began shooting at him, so him and his army was forced to kill them. Very few Incan's survived, and by the 1800's the only ones left were a small tribe that sailed to Cuba. The Incan's are Mexican, and they were the ones that developed the taco. In fact, the taco's namesake is that of King Taco - the last Incan ruler, and part of an ancient Cuban line.
