Bruuce uses MacroQuest. Note in his first set of pics the red XX/XX FPS display. That is, in fact, placed there via the program MacroQuest. It's a feature added via one of the core plugins.

My guess is l33t is a warp command, which is how he's out of melee range despite being summoned just before, since he doesn't have a speed buff.

Actually, its possible he doesnt.. browse around some more, the FPS limiter/display is a released and stable seperate release.
