Not like it's the first time the character creation screen has been shown. There have been plenty of other screenshots of it taken before, and really, is just the character creation screen really worth wondering/drooling over? Not like we haven't seen one of those before or anything.

there's an alpha leak that lets you go to char select screen,
so it's real.

And i'd say the char models are looking fairly homosexual, i'm not impressed.

Actually you can run around now in-game. Not that its a big deal, you can see cities and stuff but no people or mobs.

To answer the question, yes those screenshots are legit from the game char creation. No, they're not legal, because they're from the leaked alpha, and obviously aren't sanctioned by the company. And finally, beta assuredly comes out next month anyway, given the time between signups and CD arrivals, so what's the point of talking about this so much?
