It worries me that I see so many posts here saying to shoot the mofo. If the sweater boy would have shot skater dude, swaeter boy woulda ended up in jail.

In most states (I think this is a federal law) you can only use deadly force against deadly force. Sweater boy approached skater dude and grabbed him by the head or tried to do a head lock. It was at that point the skater dude took a DEFENSIVE stance. You cant shoot him then, if you are the one with a gun and invoking the agression. But ... after that first blow with the board, the lead woulda been flying for sure if I was sweater dude.

But lets back up a bit and use our brains first, trigger finger second. I woulda parked my car, called the cops, then let them bust him.

In that movie ego's and tempers were flairing. In the end sweater boy got owned, car is still damaged, and skater boy skates away into the sunset.

It's called a Baton, in your case a spring loaded baton.

I have a tactical baton (spring loaded) and it has some force, but keep in mind it's got enough force to securely eject the baton, but I doubt enought to break a skate board purely from ejection.

You have to manually compress it back yourself, and that usually takes about 60 to 80 pounds for swap meet batons, and around 90 to 120 pounds for tactical batons.

If a skate board can hold a 150 pound wimp on it, it'll surely withstand a tatical baton ejection.

Learn to use it wisely, by the time you got it out of your car, aimed and pointed at the skateboard, and hit the button ... you'd most likely have another whack on the head by his board.

For those close quarter combats, I prefer my severtech.
