i think this is really cool, but we're never gonna get true AI that thinks for itself and has malicious thoughts like you guys predict. we don't know how our own minds work, so it will be hard to emulate it using carbon chips and little shocks

if a robot gained the simple ability to think, reason, and become curios, couldn't that robot deduce all of lets say math or chemistry and learn the calculations and alloys to endlessly improve themselves thus negating human life all together? it all starts with one....
