- Kate is suing my uncle, who once said "Hoof" at a party in 1973 as part of a punchline to a joke he was telling, for copyright infringment.

- Maker's of a horse-care website have been arrested for breaking a new law which states that anything even remotely connected to the word "Hoof" must be related back to Kate.
