| A company recently screwed me out of a good sum of money by me buying a computer from them and the computer being falty. Not only will they not replace it or refund it, they hang up on me when i call for tech support. What are some creative ideas to get back at them? Please keep in mind they have a website, phone number, fax number, and are in another state so I cannot get to their physical location. Any help is appreciated... |

| If they're hanging up on you when you call for tech support it's most likely because you're being an asshole to them. It would probably be easier to post what is wrong with the computer and ask for some advice fixing it. I'm pretty sure that on these boards if you say what the problem is someone can narrow it down to an easily replaceable component that you can get for a pretty cheap price. |
