Steve Buscemi saying "Where's your car Dude?" was the conception of "Dude Where's My Shitty Movie?" Nay.

That movie was a product of Chevy Chase knocking up a goat with down syndrome. The fetus, preserved in bong water, was supposed to be on display at the Neverland Ranch, next to the elephant man's bones, but somehow was converted to VHS and lost on the black market for 8 years. It then resurfaced when Tommy Chong won it in a game of 7 card stud. Tommy later sold the tape to 20th Century Fox for 5 dollars and a bag of what he thought to be regs, but turned out to be oregano (fucking Fox...). The first man to actually view the movie died instantly. Fox knew they had to dilute this monster and through trial and error came to the conclusion that 4% pure was the most of this substance the human brain can tolerate. The FDAA aproved the 4% pure movie only after a series of large under the table bribes. Thus, it was released and forever tainted the earth.
