Seriously though, procs are said to be weapons based not zone or random etc. but in some zones my ToD goes off alot, to the point here i beat the shaman at slowing most of the time. and other zones ToD never goes off. this is constant and not just once or twice.

PoG and Grey and UP it goes off alot. but zones like HoH and Tactics it never goes off or ssra.

I mean if im in like The Grey or Umbral and i switch out ToD and whateve else im using, the ToD will, most of the time, proc in the first 10-15seconds of the fight if not faster.

If I go to like HoH or Ssra and try it, ToD wont go off till the mob is under 50% if that. most of the time the weapon takes forever to go off.
