pk muds own.

pvp mmos do not.

however, graphics pwn text-based. and by god i spent so much time making zone areas, mobs, items, scripts(what were they called now? uuhm...acts or something. "[A patrolling guard] marches past you" and all that whenever a player walked into the room...), and quests that it makes me cry to see a mud again...

Whats the age of the average mud player? I can't get into them now.. Maybe if i was older I could appreciate them, but I grew up on UO and EQ, not some text based game.. BTW im 19.

You just missed the train. I'm 21 or so now, had been around on muds. average age is prolly mid to late 20s now...most of the immortals on the muds I played just dicked around on them as a hobby in college.

They are a pretty good break from the doldrum of MMOs. Actually roleplaying in a world where your actions actually matter to the other people playing is pretty nice.
