Esmo, I won't daintily put it to you, Shut the fuck up. A comparison is a comparison, and I will make whatever one I damn well please to.

Of course I do not believe that Smedley is a murderous killing machine, if you are so dense as to believe that is what I intended to convey by my post, then please stop reading now and flame away, that's all you're capable of. Overexageration is one of the most common forms of expression used on these boards today, you should be quite familiar with it if you've read more than 2 posts on the forum.

Next time, before you suck Smedley's dick, you should ask yourself what he actually did for your game, besides harassing some guys on a forum about an emulator, and taunting them like an inadequate child? Yeah, some brilliance.

Last time I saw Smedly was down at the corner gas station. He was coming out of the bathroom and we made eye contact so I figured I should say something, "Hey man you doing okay?"

Smedly got a really mean look on his face "OKAY?! OKAY?! I just SHIOT A BRICK!"

And then he threw a bag of frozen peas at me.

That was the last time I saw Smedly.

Ok, so I get that Smedley is not a murderous killing machine, but did Hitler go on a forum about an emulator and taunt people? I still fail to see the connection.

Does Smedley now run over SOE as a dictator, becaus he had all viable opposition liquidated?

Perhaps Smedley killed 9 Million Emulator Forum posters?

*What did he do? Perhaps he helped make the game what it was it is? That couldn't did be! SOE probably just hired him to screw things up!

Little addition to Godwin's law:

After said Nazi/Hitler comment, the obligatory sensitive jackass (who got offended by said comment, of all things to be offended by on this board) will appear, turning the thread into a Rickshaw.

Godwin's law is horribly flawed, one can easily draw a comparison between Hitler and his Nazi party and any recent event/person/system without implying that said event/person/system exists at the same level of severity as Hitler and the Nazi party.

Godwin's Law is the last refuge of the losers and weak minded.

Anyone who makes a comparison to Nazis or Hitler has a certain overtone to it. You just plain don't make that comparison without implying the overtone. I would say that anyone who feels the need to make that comparison is the "loser or weak minded one", since there is no comparison a person can make to them which can't be better said by a different comparison, without the Holocaust overtone.

Anyway, one of the corollaries to Godwin's Law is that someone always tries to defend the comparison, and someone else always tries to claim Godwin's Law is weak. Congratulations on being person #2. The thread truly is complete now.
