I think the incident jayrebb is referencing is when we would sit with 25 on one side of the fear portal while Heresy had 20+ on the other side. Mass zone in and the zone would come down. This was before the new hardware. It was something that was done, on both sides, shit Durin even made a post about it on the official VZ/TZ forums.

Honestly with the type of posters here and the whines regarding Kunark release not having a concrete release date (nevermind that 98% of the content works perfectly thanks to our free work and you'll not find anything even close to it on any other emulated server), I can only respond with this:

I regret that I spent so much time here trying to damage control and feeding the trolls. Stupid move on my part. I appreciate the honesty from some of the members (jayrebb, etc) in regards to what was actually going on. I cannot believe that leadership would admit to "using zone crashing as a tactic", not elaborate on it whatsoever, complain and accuse staff of bias over a month later because they believe it is being used against them, and then victimize themselves as "shooting the messenger" because I'm not kissing your toes for reporting it under those circumstances.

Completely irresponsible, and very fucking annoying from a staff perspective. Several staff (including myself) considered just quitting entirely because of all the drama and mudflinging. Our take on it was always that it was probably a few asshats in both guilds, but that was never good enough for some people who just wanted their competition banned no matter what.

Anyhow, I hope those still playing are having a good time. I'll hopefully be working on smoothing out the few Kunark bugs and loot/faction issues tommorow, so report them as you see them. Veeshan's Peak and Velious aren't too far off.

200+ players is what the server was seeing like.... 6 months to a year ago. That is shit considering you have maybe 20% 1 boxing, 75% 2 boxing, and 5% 3+ boxing. So your looking at like... 115 players. When there were easily 300+ chars logged in before you guys ass fucked the server with idiotic mistakes again.

You DEVs for VZ / TZ have got to be the most goddamn brain dead things I have witnessed in a long time. And I have seen some fucking stupid shit in my life.

Also, I was an officer in FB.... and actively tried to find players in guild using exploits and MQ. Not to turn them into you faggots, but to get them to stop doing both and make the guild as legit as it could be. I never found shit for either. We didnt exploit to crash zones, we ZONED to crash zones. We would zone, and it would drop. Again, there was NO OTHER WAY to do it you fucking inbred piece of shit failure at life. Yeah, maybe 2 guys tried to loot crash some shit once or twice. But it was NEVER A GUILD ORIENTED thing. And I never knew of Durin doing it or I would have raised fucking hell. The shit Salty told you about was not something that we ever did or knew about as a guild. Fuck man, take notes so I dont have to repeat shit in summary for you.

On the other hand, I did see Kaen / Azuur do it.... 5 times total in 1 night that I remember in Sol B?

Also when the GMs showed up here they didn't know FOH was a safe haven for flaming nerd raging trolls passed on from the lineage of Utnayan and the great Furor himself. FOH has since been filled with bad imitations like Quineloe. You got punked Searyx/Null in thinking that this is where intelligent civil discussion takes place.
