I do not think racial quotas are a good idea. It's a completely legitimate policy point and campaign strategy to point out one's position on the issue and contrast it with your own.

However, doing so under the pretence of "Blacky took your job" isn't O.K. I'd be very curious to know if any government mandated program to impose racial quotas in the private sector ever existed in their state.
