I don't get the fanatacism of some of the liberals around here. I lean strongly toward the right but I don't hate Ted Kennedy. That's who I would consider Helms' liberal equivalent on the other side of the fence. Hell I don't even like Jesse Helms. He stood up for big tobacco, gave NC ultra shitty education (was part of it at least), helped keep our state taxes some of the highest in the union and a lot of the things Helms supported were antiquated big business bad for the common man ideals. I was glad to see Helms go FINALLY.

Even still I don't hate him or Ted Kennedy and Helms never killed some girl drunk driving and tried like hell to cover it up...

Was close to banning people over it. Talking shit about recently deceased people bother me. But I was too lazy and the thread went to shit anyway.
