I start by peeing in the water to get my aim and then do a circle around the side of the toilet, usually counterclockwise starting at 3 o clock, and once the lap is completed I go back to the middle.

On the rare occasion that I take a dump but didn't have to piss and stand up and have to piss then its all middle aiming for the biggest turd to see if I can saw it in half before I run out of piss.
