You log into the ChaCha Universe Dashboard and have your status set to "Available" and you'll get little popups letting you know there is a question and if you want to take it. Click yes and it takes you to a screen where you see what the question is and you begin the process of answering it.

They rejected me after the three tests as well and I don't see how anything I answered was wrong. Most of the questions were stupid easy.

I was accepted and tried this for an hour. Most of the questions are extremely easy and you don't have to even look things up. Examples are "darn," "if I tickle a girl in her boobs what happens," etc.

But in that hour I earned $4.00. So it's totally not even worth the time. I'd be better off clocking some overtime for time and a half.

New guides who pass their tests after 11:59am EDT on July 17th will be starting at .15 cents per answer so get in now while you can.

Just for clarification is that passing the sim test or just the initial application test?

Gotta pass the 15 question sim test and then get your results from it which usually take about a day or so, so pretty much today's the cut off I would think.

I'm glad this got left up instead of deleted even if it did get rickshawed. I signed up with ChaCha recently and it's nice to have a relaxing "job" to help get an extra 50 to 100 every week to offset the price of gas and groceries.
