New reputation system

So I talked Requiem into letting me turn on the reputation for the forums.

You can only give -1 internets to the same user once.
You can only give +1 internets to the same user once.
You can only give a user negative or positive internets, not both.

Both those rules are put in place so it won't be abused.

Edit: I deleted/changed lines in numerous php files to get this baby to work. I also totally deleted lines of code in the Administrator panel so NO admins could change anyone's internets. No one can see who you gave +/- internets to (except yourself), not even the admins.

No one can abuse it, not even Requiem (like he would want to anyway, pfft). +50 internets to him for letting me toss this in.

Yea, I just noticed it and was hunting for an explanation. It seems to work in all the sub-forums though, so I didn't think to look in SS.

I am confused. Are these based on a post or on users? The placement makes me think it is based on user, but when you click it says to comment on the post.

The system is designed to be per post, but we decided that Internets will be worth a lot more if you can only give the same person +1 or -1 Internets one time, so we changed the values to make that happen.

We'll edit the text so it says "user" instead of "post".
