I'm salary. Its off and on. The days you have to work 15 hours a day for 7 days a week for 2 weeks suck. The days you work 2 hours a day for 5 days a week for 2 weeks rock.

Nurses make 30-40 dollars an hour where I live. Someone I know graduated and got a job making 80k a year right out of school basically. Also many hospitals will pay you 5-10k just to start working there.

Yeah, I feel so bad every time I lose an infantry unit when assaulting a city in Civ 4. It feels like such a tragic waste of the production of a city for one or two turns.
