    | Crusades of Voracity - EQEMU PVP Just wanted to make every aware of a new EQEMU PVP server that was just released. They have partnered with the folks at Winter's Roar/Shards of Dalaya and made a PVP server with their database, etc... I haven't played much of it, but I've heard nothing but good things about it. +49 Internets | I actually tried it out, because I'm bored. At level 1 there were ABSOLUTELY no mobs on the way to Kelethin from Felwithe. You ruined my day by posting this sir.

| If you're going to play an emu (and you probably shouldn't) use PEQ. Lots of servers, even PvP. At least 3 servers have 100+ players at almost all times and several hundred during peak weekends. And 90% of the mobs are in from release->PoP PEQ even has a pretty decent quest database including shawl/ring, epics, etc.. Pretty decent, I play it from time to time. Sometimes I load up 4 800x600 windows and pretend I'm Sam. Other times I just play my Wizard in groups/raids. But ultimately there's one major thing wrong with Emus. There's no guarentees. Long gone are the days of Pwipes for me, and I don't want a character that could be deleted or removed at any time from a lawsuit to pure whim. /editorial off  Last edited by Jait : 05-01-2008 at 02:10 PM. |

| Top 100 game sites - Private servers-Private gaming servers, Free servers, Cheats Thread saved, bah thats what i get for bookmarking a thread i didn't even check beforehand. Jait Emu servers are kinda supposed to be x100xp x100cash x100wutever for that reason imo. If theres just 1 week work in the char its kinda okay and many of these servers are running for years with 99% uptime =). The rest of the servers have what you're talking about though, like Dragon Soul iirc gives you your epic when you create your char. And they have 100+ players. But a lot of those servers are filled with folks that never got past level 20 in normal EQ. Then when they hit the raid game they all bitch and moan about not being able to solo raids. And then they just devolve into training people. Delete their char? They can have another with x100 xp in just a few hours. So it doesn't work for me personally. And after a few hours of playing I tend not to play again for a few weeks If I was more interested in EQ, I'd sub to it again.Again, it's just a personal opinion. And PEQ is the most populated Emu out there I'm aware of. So there's quite a few that want this route. | |

| I remember playing a while ago on a EQ PVP server, it was fun as hell, got to run around FEAR and HATE killing people on Cazic and stuff. Was really a great time, but the whole server was run by the most racist people id ever met in my life. Most of it was funny, but half of it was just, okie, great, har har.... getting old with the n-bombs.... i wish i could remember it, was tons of fun and a ton of people. |

| In a month or so i have time to try out the wrestling, prison or another mmo. Is PEQ on this list i posted btw? Sounds interesting. |
