| [WoW - Hunter pet's] Ok, I give up! I'll ask So I've basically had the same pet since I was level 14 or so. I tamed a Sunscale Screecher. At the time, I really didn't care about the pet or what they do ... I just wanted to level fast so I could catch up to my friends ... Now, that I'm 66 (solo'd the whole way since I have to go afk every now and then, maybe I've grouped twice), I noticed that other hunters pet's have different abilities (i.e. bite, dash and claw for example) that helped the pet's taunt and dps ... so I started researching and later discovered that this same raptor should have Bite, Claw, Dash which was not available VIA the trainer.... So, I went over to Blade's edge mountains and tamed a new raptor and still, the choice for Bite, Dash, or Claw are not available VIA the pet trainer ... So then I figured that it could be the pet trainer I'm using ... so I flew to Thunderbluff and still, not available ... so I ran to the trainer south of Ogrimmar and still, unavailable ... I went back to Ogrimmar and parked my new raptor in place of the raptor ive had since i was 14 ... went to the pet trainer and unlearned all the pet training points ... and still bite, dash, or claw are not available ... I've read a lot of different forums, websites, etc ... and can't find any answers to why I can't learn any of those 3 abilites.... any clues? |

| Hunters get bows? What do you mean, like ribbons? Different faggot animals have different abilities. Go out and find befriend some faggots and engage in three ways with monsters and they'll learn faggot shit. You can then teach your lifemate raptor all this new faggot tricks. Fucking faggot hunters. Fuck you.

| If this wasn't some random joke post: Petopia: A complete guide to hunter pets in the World of Warcraft. That should have everything you need to know. |

+3 Internets | What the fuck happened here? There aren't any threads discussing Brutallus, Felmyst, Twins, Sunwell raids in general....the only WoW threads are: "I wanna come back, is it easy enough yet?" "ZOMG heroic MT is the hard, why aren't warriors as pro as paladins, Delrissa isn't fair!" and "I need help with my level 14 hunter pet" I just don't get it. I hate casuals. Not because they get gear 90% as good as mine with 40% of the effort. Couldn't care less. I just hate the inane posts about stuff like this. It's a plague. |

| Iirc from when I played a hunter in 05, there is a specific pet trainer. It's a different guy from your hunter trainer, and there's one in ironforge by the BG queue place.

| You know that neat little spell you got way back at level 24 called Beast Lore? Well go out to some random beast and cast it on them. Then roll your mouse over the beast and see if it has any skills you want to learn. Now tame it. But WAIT your not done yet. You have to run around with that pet for awhile and feed it and make it happy and use the skill. After awhile you'll get a message saying you have learned xxxxxxxxx skill. Now if the pet you tame is your level or close to it then its going to take much longer to learn the skill so tame pets several levels lower then you. Oh and FYI once you learn the skill you don't have to keep the tamed animal you learned it from. FYII To teach another pet your new skill go to the beast trainer.
