That was an uttely brilliant post. Informative, uplifting, depressing and amusing in equal parts. And more than that it has SUBSTANCE.

/sniff its like FoH boards circa 2002 all over again.

We just need Smed or Brad to respond now.

So in retrospect, despite everything, I guess I'm still pretty proud of vanguard. Every team member should be proud in spite of a truly pitiful and pathetic waste.

On the bright side, at least it was a visible, high-profile failure with lessons to learn and morals to be told right before you close the book.

Take your experience and compare that to a stretch of over a decade or more, where there aren't any amazing catastrophes, just consistent mediocrity.

I'd rather wreck my ferrari than get a flat tire on my taurus.

vanguard should be added to the english language as a verb to describe a complete and utter fuck up. kind of like munson was in kingpin.
"these kids were almost munsoned."
