make it so that anytime you drop a NO RENT ITEM it poofs

Well, I don't know/care that much about whether nerfing mod rods are a good/bad idea, but if they were to ever do another Best of the Best, I imagine the mage contest would be won by the Mage that could summon the most mod rods.

I can also tell you this: I'd never lvl a mage to go raiding if my main purpose would be to summon as many rods as I could and CoH people around to avoid lame-ass content.
