Some cops and/or judges at the courthouse on the day of his traffic violation hearing aren't just going to drop everything and listen to you because you came out of the woodwork and announced he was illegal. Real court doesn't work like TV show court. Chances are, if you attempt to disrupt the proceedings or talk to anyone involved in the hearing, you'll be restrained and/or kicked out. If you persist, you can even get arrested.

If you really want to get your friend deported, file official paperwork and do it the right way. You're going to have to open an investigation formally, and it's going to take some time. Them's the breaks, unfortunately.

You'll probably feel the sting of this betrayal for a long time, depending on how close of a friend he was. He's only going to feel the sting of a beating for a short while, unless you fuck him up to the point that's likely going to land you in jail. A good old fashioned bout of fisticuffs would not suffice. Deport his backstabbing ass.
