Now lets get down to business. Don't be a pussy and let people think they can totally mess with you. Definitely get revenge. Be like Denzel in Man on Fire, don't stop till you are satisfied.

First you need to deport his ass asap, but deportation is kinda weak you need to strike him harder than that. Call INS but I wouln't just call them and report him I would say that you are reporting him because you are suspicious of him being involved in terrorist activities and mention that he is an illegal who snuck across the Canadien Border. You could even place some wiring, and how to make bomb books, internet printouts, etc in his car or your exgirlfriends car, so when they look there he is screwed. Also somehow mention that you are in the Army, they might take it very seriously and destroy his life. Then while he rots in some army detention cell you can go visit him and say whats up.

After this it is time to work on the girl. There are some simple things you can do to ruin her life. Put some sugar in her gas tank. Call from a payphone wherever she works and make complaints about her job performance, really sell it. Getting someone fired and ruining their car is a nice start. If you do have naked pics of her or any videos mail them to her parents, with no return address of course. If you still had the key to her place wait till she is out of the house and put blue dye or ink into her shampoo so her hair is permanitly blue. Basically you want to make her life miserable.

Update:

Deportation seemed to be the most popular response, and hence the one that I decided to go for, however I decided to throw in some twists.

I did a bit of acting for this first part. I met with my ex because she wanted to talk about everything. She's busy telling me how she still loves me, yet shes continuing to sleep with my ex-best friend. So this just reassures me that completely fucking him over is the best option. That night we have sex. Following morning we do it again. I convince her not to say anything to him because enough damage has already been done. I haven't talked to her since.

I told my ex-friend that I didn't want to be friends anymore, but I just wanted the money that he owed me and whatever clothes and other crap of mine he had at his house. He paid up and when I went to pick up my clothes, I let him know as I was leaving how I fucked her a few times. Maybe he believed me, maybe not, but thats the best I could do because taking pictures/movies is just too risky and stupid.

To my surprise, finding information / phone numbers / general 'how-to' for reporting illegals to someone that actually can do something about it wasn't that easy. I came across a bit of luck. A SFC in my unit just happens to work for the Department of Homeland Security. Even more lucky, is that he has a traffic court appearance next week for not having a motorcycle drivers liscense. The officer didn't like him at all and actually took him to the police station to be a dick. Even though he couldn't be held and was released like 20 minutes later, it helps me because the cop will remember him. I plan to show up at his court date, in my uniform, and have a nice chat with the cop about his falsified working documents, illegal status in this country, and hell, I'll throw in my story about how he fucked my girlfriend while I was doing military duty. The only thing I'm still waiting on is to see if this guy can get some ICE (immigration customs enforcement) people to come and take this guy away. It would be awesome if they agreed to show up at his court date and take him away (thats how I envision it). I'll be there to wave and hopefully the girl will be there too. If they can't show up then, hopefully the cop will be pissed enough to do something about it. And if THAT doesn't work, then I'll just have to figure out how to get him deported myself.

Best part about everything is, I still used the smart advice and haven't done nor plan to do anything illegal.
