| Searyx, IF you were right about it preventing children from being molested I would be for it, but you are wrong. Read up on it, you will find that these sexual predators get worse and worse as they expose themselves to more and more filth. It won't make the problem better, it will make it worse because they say....SEE!!! It's ok now. That will lead straight down the road to Soddam...although it's not like we aren't headed there as it is, but for god sakes lets give our kids at least some semblence of protection legally from this crap so that they, and we, at least know that our society does not condone this crap. P.S. get some help bro, I think you need it.

+2 Internets | The question is, why should digital pornography of ANY kind be illegal? Who cares what gets people off, as long as they don't hurt anyone? Digital = No Real People. Why do we need laws against people's fantasies, no matter how sick and degrading they may be?

| Just to state: I most certainly don't condone child pornography. However, unlike those of you in this thread who haven't a clue on how to argue constructively, like the adolescents you are, he has a point. The issue is most definitely an interesting one. While I cringe to think of the sickos who would watch any kind of child pornography; under American free speech laws, digital or animated child pornograpgy would most likely ultimately be deemed legal. Whether or not you like all things protected under free speech (there's plenty I don't like, there's plenty everyone dislikes), that's what makes it work.
