It seriously wouldnt be a big deal if it wasnt every single thread about EQ2 or Vanguard. Its pretty much impossible to discuss either game without him posting about it. I wouldnt even mind every thread if it was something new.. but it isnt. Its the same tired insults, and arguements that we saw weeks ago. I am sure just about everyone here has been accused of working for IGN, or being a paid "shill" by either Sony or Sigil.

I still get a little info from the threads, it just takes awhile to get beyond the retarded bickering and shit. Mark my words though.. once Vanguard is released its going to either be Warhammer or Conan next. My guess is which ever game will get more attention for disliking and crusading against.

Thankfully the EJ forums have stepped up and provided a place for meaningful game discussion to take place, unfortunatly discussion there is limited to WoW.

I don't even bother to read through the Vanguard or EQ2 threads anymore here, although at least he hasn't gayed up the EVE Threads.

I'll refrain from disclosing my vote. I will say however AA I have seen you as a solid poster with a level head and alot of valued ideas.

I'm personally suprised by the E-lynch. One person shouldn't dictate the discussion for 10,000 viewers. Likley, I highly doubt any developer worth their salt would take 300 antagonistic posts, all stating the same argument as basis for the group. If anything they'd perhaps glaze over the 299 others following it.

I do enjoy the open nature of FOH and hope more next gen developers visit the forum, rather then lurk or have the NDA legal team reading over their shoulder each time they choose to post. Yes, they may be shilling, or whatever you may find it hip to call that form of marketerring, but then again they are choosing who to share that media with. They're not calling up the paid press junkets, or sharing this data with market analysts, or investors, but average joe gamers who like the hobby.

Take that with a grain of salt, and personally, I think that is the biggest asset (and what FOH admins should promote as a legacy that allowed Tigs and Furor to get industry jobs) these forums have.
