| Fucked up. They really need to bring back the guide program - Guides where probably the single best invention someone ever came up with for mmorgs, people with a clue about the game, and an interest in helping people out, why not take advantage of that? :/ |

| Can't be certain, it's been years, but I do remember ACTUAL GMs having tags by their names. Furthermore the answers he got weren't c/p'd responses, but typed out by someone trying to sound official. I may be wrong, but something smells like ass and it ain't smedley. |

| Can't speak for eq1, but eq2 CS seems to be helpful if you have an actual problem, or if someone is hacking. THey seem to let botters go unhindered.
