This is a video of some classmates this semester performing a couple skits for a course on Domestic Violence which is a 300 level course.

At my school classes start at the 400 level, with the highest being 700's. So what is a 300 level course, would that be like a 600 level at my school?

100 level is the ground floor. To graduate you need XX amount of credits from 300 level courses. The highest level we have is 400.

I dont know how much time was put into that video or how much weight it had on your friend's grade. I do know that I have seen high school students create much much better videos in a single weekend.

This one class is not an indication of the entire UW system, or even of the University of Wisconsin - Parkside. The first teacher for this class dropped out and we got this woman who works at a detention center to replace her. We spent the entire semester hearing her war stories and on our last exam (which we could flag to count double) she only graded the first part of the test which was fill in the blank on questions she gave us ahead of time. She was out the last two weeks because of her back (we think) and she didn't even tell anyone at the University. The poor woman who handles that kind of bullshit for the Criminal Justice department had to come to class and explain to us she didn't know what the fuck was happening.

Same at NSU. The only difference usually is for labs. For example, freshmen take chem 1040, and then the lab, chem 1041.

Same at Auburn (although I don't know about 9000) some graduate courses for some reason were just moved from 5000 to 6000 and undergads now take 5000.
