Hard to answer with a yes/no poll. I like instancing exp zones so a new instance is triggered when the old ones get too crowded. Imagine instead of 10 people on every list in guk a second guk, where those could be playing.

That's imo how it should be - and raid bosses all non-instanced.

If Vanguard is as huge as they say, and no instant travel, it'll be virtually impossible for a guild to dominate every encounter. If it takes 45mins to run from Tormax to the Dain, and you get both before guild #2 arrives, you deserve every piece of loot you get.

Racing to a spawn is the one thing in EQ that was not determined by gear, playtime or number of class X you had. For some reason organized guilds managed to be in the zone and buffed up before casual_raider03 even decided to leave his pickup group to get to the raid.

Organization and skill got rewarded - and that's how it should be.
