Fangtooth the suckiest CM?

This is directed to all of those who play either a Paladin or a Priest (And To Zehn, hi!).

Is it just me, or Fangtooth really blows as a Community Manager?, his ignorance regarding the Priest and Paladin class is very obvious.

The dude, really slacks on his job, he hasnt posted in the Priest forum for 9 weeks (He only posted once or twice with a "I'm forwarding this insignificant bug to the Devs").

The other CM's are more talkative with their respective classes, they answer questions (with information, and not ignorance like Fangtooth). Dont get me wrong, I dont hate the guy, I hate that he slacks as a CM. He plays a 40ish Shadow Priest and claims to know about all the Priest issues.
He fails to realize the suckiness of the Holy tree, and issues with PvP; because in his magnificient understanding, his Maraudon grouping as a 40 Shadow Priest "are fine, specially with my Sacrificial Kris of Healing!".

Other CM's (Mainly Caydiem and Tyren) actually PLAY their classes and can provide accurate feedback regardless of the Spec they choose. Improvements have been made to the classes they represent , or are in queue (Warriors, Warlocks, Druids and Hunters).
Priests and Paladins? at the very bottom of the chain, with no knowledge as to what are their issues because Fangtooth is slacking in his job.

Please replace Fangtooth with someone else, I'm not saying fire him, but replace him with someone else, someone who actually likes his job.

Honestly, they all suck.

I don't think there's a lot of differentiation in the amount of suckitude.

As I've posted in other threads though: they should fire Fangtooth, rehire him, and then fire him one more time, just for emphasis.

I thought EQ1's community relations / class representative setup was a joke until I played WoW. EQ1's fucking sucked, no question there, but somehow WoW's sucks even more.

They need people who have time to play nonstop because they don't work at a job to do these CM jobs!

They should fire all the current CMs and just straight up hire some guild to do it. I'm sure in a guild of over 40 people raiding hardcore you could find a handful of great players who need work.

So very very true... They'd probably work harder too I'd imagine. The work ethic at blizzard is poor at best.

Not to mention the most active/hardcores of a raiding guild know more about the game than most everyone who works at blizzard. Anyone play AV last night? or rather, afk all night? One of our guys afk'ed all night and got 5000 reputation. Utterly retarded design change. Obviously done by someone who has never actually grinded to exalted. Multiple people here stated this would happen... duh?

Moreover nearly everything is put out in a manner thats simply inside a testing room box... theres no application to how it will pan out on the live servers.

The entire judgement line of spells is working as intended.

Btw, if you lose the ability to use SoC during a major pvp battle, that is also working as intended.

Gotta love how they are so quick to remove any and all bugs that benifet players, but refuse to do so if mobs have a bug in it's favor.

Fangtooth hasn't posted much since the asstastic changes to the Holy tree. He seemed so suprised that the priest forum erupted, and even more suprised that a lot of us (myself included) placed the blame squarely on him. It was obvious that he was fucking clueless during the initial solicitation of changes, and given the pile of shit he (almost certainly) handed the devs, it's not shocking that we got jack in terms of useful Holy changes. GIGO.

He's a reasonable guy, I think he just needs to reply more and make us feel more comforted. He's said he has made suggestions, but it would be great if he was more vocal and act like he actually reads the forums.
