Sure in high profile cases where the world is watching things seems to go resonable, but in the cases that have no public screteny ... well.

Well you argument has merit IF that same 15 could not be changed with a sex crime herself. No doubt if a 15 year old female has sex with a 10 year old she would go to jail. If she is to stupid to consent she is also to stupid to committ a crime.
