I dont have a problem with a law preventing teenage pregancy either, as a taxpayer. But any law which holds that females under the age of 18, but over 15, are just plan to stupid to consent to sex is foolish.

If in fact that was true then why are they old enough for themselves to be charged with a sexual crime with someone say 10 or so? (but a 15 year old male can surely be charged with murder).

Either everyone under 18 is stupid and then should not be subjected to criminal sactions or they know what they are doing and should be allowed to make decisions on their own.

How is it that people under 18 cant vote but they can pay taxes?

At my age an 18 year old looks young, and I can get as many as I want so why bother with potential legal problems, just simpler to get an 18 year old (or 20 or whatever).

Maybe some days they will change the laws; the State is in a real finicial bind and this business of locking everyone up for everything is just costing to much.

Also although I am old I guess, when I dress up tons of females hit on me.

But I am sure at your age you can see a big difference between a 15 year old and an 18 year old.
