Holy shit, this rabbit hole just goes deeper and deeper. Here is not one, but two, of Sam's court cases from 1989 and 1995. Highlights include:

Because Ferris filed more than thirty single-issue motions for reconsideration with the district court

I fucking lolled, especially at the mental picture: "No one under 55 years of age has ever filed this many motions, ever!" Well, that was until I read:

Ferris alleged his civil rights were violated when he was arrested and convicted under state laws that proscribe certain sexual activities with minors. Ferris contends the statutes are unconstitutional

Ferris argues that the statutes under which he was convicted deny him substantive due process, because they violate his right to engage in consensual sexual activities with females between the ages of fourteen and eighteen. In essence, Ferris argues he has a privacy right protected by the Constitution to engage in this conduct.

The boy friend of Paulen daughter knocked her up when she was 16, yet I dont see him charged. And the stutory rape age in lots of states was 14 or 15 at the time of my alleged crimes.

The Courts are just not obligated to consider all issues presented to them, they just choose which issues they want. Well you saw it in the election for Bush vs. Gore. All the democrates went for Gores position and all the republicans were for Bushs.

To many people are on the registry no matter where you live tehre are lots of registers in your area.

Also I want point out that the 15 year old in that case saw me after she turned 18 and she also filed papers agreeing with me that her right to choose her partner were violated and the court just didnt consider it. She was arrested on drug charges they asked her where she got the money from and she said me ... she didnt go to the police at all. The 17 year old stated that she never told me her age and I assumed she was 18 because she was driving a car.

There is nothing at all unusual about a female engageing in sex with someone 17 years older then she is; at my age of 55 most of the females I have sex with are under 30.

ALthough I pled guilty in the minors case and got 3 months in jail for it the other case I did 3 years in prison and it was a total railroad job.

The females testified I told them not to touch the customers and the customers (and the females) signed contracts to that effect. They were to model naked while the client masterbated and no touching allowed (legal under calirofnia law). The DA argued that because I asked the females to have sex with me for money I should infer thats what they did with the clients. I said I hired everyone and the females told me the money was from modeling only. Basically he was able to turn a solicitation charge into felony pimping and pander because he and the Judge refused to give proper jury instuctions. Then on appeal I was in jail with limited resouces.

Its a waste of time to even think you will get justice from the Judicial system. Its set up to get as much money from your pocket to the lawers and those who work in the system as is possible.....

Still owning the escort service was fun (not worth 3 years in prision though), I had females in my room waiting for calls and other at my door knocking to get in ... Good old days.

Made shit for money; they would go out on dates tell me the customer wanted sex and because they were not supposed to touch the clients the date didnt go though and I would get no money; I got paid for like 1 out of 10 phone numbers I gave them.

Oh well live and learn.
