I have the 1st gen google phone. The market is like going to the grocery store and getting only generic brand stuff vs getting name brand stuff.
Example: Iphone has the light saber app. The Android Market has "The Schwartz". Same damn app, same sound fx, different name.
It's lose little things. Also, I've bitched about the battery life, but after the 3rd update to my phone my battery is lasting 1 and half to two days and it's used heavily for email (gmail/exchange), texting, and random surfing. So it's gotten just as good if not better than the Iphone.
Keep in mind though that the iPhone app market has a ton more applications, but lets be real here. Most people will only have 10 to 20 apps on their phone at any given time.
My friends all have iPhones and their app market seems a little better as far as quality goes. There is some real shit on the Android market. I don't know if the same applies for apples market. I would have to guess not considering the way the Apple 3rd reich polices their app store.
