There's a place in my Mall that does it for $99 in like 15 minutes and it guarantees at least 3 shades, the lady whom I talk to said they avg 4-6 shades though. They say it lasts a little more then a year.

Anyways I prefer this over the store (wal-mart/target brand)

That + Whiting strips and if real bad Hydrogen peroxide + baking soda like in that video and your golden.

All I use is the Listerine but ya dont smoke everyday anymore etc.

Crest strips worked well for me if you use them like package directs. However, they made my teeth sensitive as hell while using them and a few weeks after. YMMV.
