| Go Dawgs! | Norelco Bodygroom? Thinking of buying one off Amazon. Anyone have any feedback on it? I'm a pretty hairy dude, recently started getting into much better shape (used to be skinny as hell) so I want to be able to show off a little bit. Specifically does it break easily? Does it die after 2 months? Things of that nature. |

+66 Internets | I bought some $40 Andis clippers, shit, 6 years ago now. Every now and then I might remember to put some oil on the shearer or whatever it's called. I've done that maybe 5 times. It works as good today as the day I bought it. |

| Yeah, I just bought this too because my chest and back are hairy as fuck. It works pretty well, but not really any difference over a pair of clippers as was said. I really only trim, but it can get right down to the skin if you want that.

+19 Internets | I've owned a Bodygroom for approximately 6 months and it still works well. No real complaints about the design; handles well, seems durable (I've dropped it a few times), and lasts a decent amount of time between charges. Only design issues are the absolutely worthless clipper attachments, the long full charge time (~8 hours), and no battery power indicators on the shaver itself (there is a light on the power adapter). I use it on my junk (pubic region, scrotum, etc.) and armpits and I don't have any complaints about the trim. I've nicked myself badly down there once, and aside from a bloodcurdling scream to rival Ben Stiller's in Something About Mary, its been nice and neat. Nicks, pulls, and such are mostly attributed to user-error; use slow strokes and you'll be nick-free. Its advertised as a wet and dry shaver, but I find it much easier to shave dry. You also will be hard-pressed to get a baby smooth shave down there, but then again, who wants to look prepubescent anyway? For a close trim, the Bodygroom does the job.
