Started a Mage on the server (Amphion). Peoples on the forums say that mages are a pretty tough class to play on this server, i've always been pretty adept with my Mage on normal PVP server so I guess I'll take my chances.

It's a little harsh, meh. Part of the game I guess.

We got rolled while we were PvEing some bosses in deadwind. Spindal lost both his weaps which translated to a LOT of money.

I was crzy busy today so couldn't log in but for only a little bit.
Not gonna be busy tomorrow so.. I'll finish getting 80 tomorrow and try to get geared. Wearing only a few pieces of welfare shit atm.

Every skill in the game is 10 silver weather it be a level 6 skill, 80 skill or epic flying skill

Blink is all f'd up. It throws you forward instead of an instant poof, and makes you stop running. It's kinda irritating.

A few things I have found while leveling: If you have no access to funds probably the easiest route to go is a feral druid off the bat because you do not have to worry about weapons or really gear for that matter. I killed mobs that were red or orange to me all the way up to 55 and it was quite easy.

Once you have one toon at 55 make a dk but don't bother playing it. They are completely broken right now with a ton of skills not working (imo this is probably for the best because shadowfrost spec was so ungodly overpowered in 3.0.9) Half of the unholy tree is worthless atm. But, since you cannot do dk starting quests, you are given the awesome 2-handed blue sword from the final dk quest. It has no level requirement so you can mail it to a lvl 1 melee that makes leveling a joke. I mailed it to my ret pally and I am at lvl 62 in 3 hours.

The hardest part of the leveling with no funds is the first toon's beginning levels. Since they changed every skill to 10silver including lvl 2 skills you cannot afford one skill up until after lvl 10. This is why the druid was so nice because you are granted bear form and maul for free the moment you hit lvl 10. I didn't go back and buy skills on my druid until lvl 20 for catform. Once you have a toon into the 30s money stops being a problem until you want to start buying the welfare lvl 50 epics.

edit: If your class can manage it I recommend always trying to fight mobs orange to you. You receive considerably more xp and until the late 40s its roughly 1 kill = 1 level.

That was rough, I lost some stuff too, but not even close to as much as spin. I say we all make Rogue Alts sometime and just make a stealthed assasination squad and just stun lock these assholes to death.

I've got tailoring nearly maxed, so if you new guys need bags let me know. Or just mail me mats and ill make em and send them back.
