PC version (assuming you have the right shit in your rig) has the full physics effects and things you won't get on the PS3 or 360.
Cosmetic I guess, but still things you won't get on a console.

The PC version is more stable, fun and has better graphics. You are really hampering your play experience if you get the console version. Don't listen to hundredregrets ever about Red Faction.
