| Emulator allows you to play Wii games in 720p. Emulator is Dolphin revision 2671, I believe. Still early, though. Also, Mario Galaxy is a bit glitchy... And they haven't gotten some of the games (Brawl) to run at 60fps. But bear with them I guess. Here's some screenshots and video, though. You "may" have to go to the videos and click the little "HD" button to see them in high quality. And some screens. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry for the hugeness.

| fletchlol | Saw a couple of those videos linked on Kotaku. I was a pretty big proponent of the Wii prior to its release, but after the controls were shoddy (read: not 1:1), there certainly wasn't any other technology the console had going for it. I'm still quietly hoping for the Nintendo of yore wherein they'll provide some decent hardware with awesome IP's, but I think they may have found their niche: the "vault-full-of-cash-a-la-scrooge-mcduck" niche. I digress. Really shows off some of the level of polish put in to SSBB, and Mario Galaxy would probably be nutty-sick to boot. How do they rip the ROM's for those things, anyway? |

+69 Internets | So, help me understand: The 3d environments and characters are rendered at the higher resolution through the hack/mod, but then the static images and sprites aren't, like the slightly less crisp character portraits and such?
