Thanks. I'll pass then. Hopefully the other games this week won't suck or they'll at least be cheap enough so that it doesn't matter. $25 is a big sale from $50, but it's still not the kind of money I'd toss at a potentially shitty game just to give it a shot.

Yes, I enjoyed the hell out of it. I've enjoyed all of the BiA series thus far.
I highly recommend this game and play it on it's hardest mode.

Ugh, I hated the original BiA. The squad/flanking thing was about the most boring and repetitive thing I've ever seen in a FPS. "Oh look, another cluster of enemies behind hard cover, I wonder where the shortcut is this time so my team can once again take them by surprise?!"

Did Hell's Highway really get any better?

So for anyone who passed up the Steam offer, Newegg is undercutting them today. Newegg.com - Brothers In Arms: Hell's Highway PC Game UBISOFT - PC Games

$7.99 instead of $14.99 and you get the box crap for those who like that. I still don't think I'll get it after reading reviews - I've got a bunch of other games I need to finish.

To go back to Monday, anyone who didn't get Assassin's Creed missed out. For $10, it's a very entertaining game. I'm using an X360 controller on my computer for it, so the controls are perfect as well.

Far Cry 2 is today's game -- $14.99.

Not worth it imo. It tried to be a sandbox game and failed miserably at it.

Ya that came with my video card, the price was right. Looks nice, but the locale got old quick, and wasn't very compelled to keep playing despite not being very far into it.

Wish they'd put warhead on sale. Farcry 2 was fun, but it really, really lacked focus. The action, when it occurred, was good. But there was WAY to much driving around. In GTA driving around is fine because you can cause havoc and chaos as you go. In Farcry... you run over bushes. weeeeeee.

Dark Messiah is definitely worth picking up if you haven't. I still load it up every now and then to play through.

Except the deal was for last weekend.

This weekend is Tomb Raider Anniversary for $5. Pretty good deal actually, even if TR:A wasn't quite as good at gameplay as TR:L.
