+6 Internets | Yeah Zvs.Z would be better if they went to the late game more often. Matter of fact I can't remember seeing a pro game go past tier 2 units. Tvs.T can be fun to watch, but seems like a lot of the time it's just about bunkering up and slowly chipping away at the other player. Zerg Vs. Protoss is my favorite to watch, hands down. Protoss has a lot of units that rock Zerg, but Hydra/Lurker/Scourge just rapes. |

| I disagree about ZvZ being boring. If it's one of those 15 min no rush, lets just mass muta's then whoever has more wins, then yes. But I think muta fights can be very fun. And on that note... Spoiler Alert, click show to read: |

+166 Internets | ZvZ is probably the most intense things you can watch that's also boring because it's the same nearly everytime. You can pretty much skip to the 2 minute mark to see the divergence in build orders, 4 minute mark to see one guy trying to sneak lings past the other then the 7 minute mark to start watching the muta micro. The only time it's interesting is when it's Jaedong winning despite a build order hard counter or when one guy goes all in ling and wins before muta's even get out. ZvT would probably be my favorite, simply because M&M vs. Swarm/Lurker is sick fun to watch, or the Terran goes Mech and then it's a mass hydra battle with drops going on all over. Every other matchup is pretty typical with the only real divergence being in what way you decide to harass whether it be vulture drops, sair/reaver or sair/dt but the bulk of a players army is usually the same. ZvT evolves into two completely different games. There are exceptions to every rule of course, but a Flash vs. Jaedong final as a rematch of season 1 gom would be pretty tits. Or skyhigh vs. Jaedong for a proleague grudge match would be great as well. |

| I hate mirror matches (ZvZ would be nice, but its always too short). My favorite remains ZvP, its by far the most volatile & balanced match. I mean as soon as the zerg get swarm Terran are in deep trouble (usually) TvP is nice but it gets boring fast (turtling) i do enjoy very late game (Arbiter/Carrier). Jaedong vs Bisu is just a dream. |

| Not really a hierarchy. OSL/MSL are just two different singles tournaments, SPL is the proleague where they have the teams do singles in best of 5's. Then there is the Gom series, which is another singles tourny. I believe the OSL is considered the most prestigious tournament, but I could be wrong. |

| ZvP is likely my favorite match to watch but it is very map dependent. There is a ton of potential for early pressure from either side, followed often by a refractory period and then mid game drop/harrass fun and possibly late game tech wars. Besides, the interactions between the units just play off each other well with a nice series of counters available to both players. These matchs are generally won by whoever controls the tempo and balances micro and macro best. ZvT can also be great fun of course but more for the mid-game if there is one and if there is sufficient contact. TvT though is probably my least favorite due but it is a given that none of the mirrors is fascinating. ZvZ on some maps redeems a bit from the micro interest and PvP can be the same. I guess that's my big problem with Terrans sometimes is that the turtle into monster mech army late game has become so common and it is (to me at least) the least interesting part of a Terran game to watch. There are still some gems though and I've seen epic mirrors on occassion but rarely between top pros. At that point it often devolves to a pure micro game with the occasional attempt at cheese. I do enjoy some cheese though! |
