Take Command and Conquer redo the art slap the name halo on it and profit.

I imagine it will be polished and decent but I seriously doubt anything new or innovative to come from this.

I just don't see enough variety in Halo to make it worthwhile, you know? Just seems too bland. Though, I've been wrong before though.

Looks kinda stupid. I can only imagine how poorly it'd play with an XBOX controller. When I saw the title I was assuming some kind of Battlefield-style online only Halo game.

Hope the game is pretty much finished because Ensemble Studios just closed up shop recently.

K just played it for about 20 minutes and abruptly stopped... first 360 game that's made me do that. Obviously an RTS on a controller is never gonna be that great, but this wasn't even fun at all. Just build up a huge mass of an army, plant it next to the enemy, win, rinse and repeat. Just way too boring for me.

I thought it was kind of fun, though it seemed rather easy on normal. The units sound and behave like you would expect them to which I found to be pretty cool. The controls seemed easy enough but selecting individual units and unit types is a bit more work than I'm used to. The campaign seems like it'll be pretty good if it is a decent length.

I'm thinking I'll be buying a copy based off the demo, at least to play through the campaign.
