| But can you get all the preorder bonuses in one game this way? I'm doubting it but it would be nice!

For those with steam/D2D and wondering how to get their pre-order/bonus type items. You have to update your EA account with the codes they email you if non steam, and if steam put in the CD keys they give you. Then you'll be allowed to download the item/area packages after the account is deemed so. At least that's what I made out from the download section. Also, ATM when you enter in said codes it gives you : Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. Code successfully redeemed. -- Give the site 5 minutes to catch up and it will update your account fine. Last edited by Valos; 11-03-2009 at 02:18 PM.. Reason: Im retarded

| You can get anything that doesn't require authorization that way. Even if you get everything else through normal channels, you can still get the helm from the flash game without having to bother with it this way. Two more dazips (CE stuff that requires auth and may not work if you don't have CE, and Blood Dragon armor which works with any version): http://na.llnet.bioware.cdn.ea.com/u...O_C2_1.0.dazip http://na.llnet.bioware.cdn.ea.com/u...O_ME_1.0.dazip From what I've read the req. auth. stuff works with a valid serial number entered. Whether or not a non-CE version can get CE content I'm not sure. I expect we'll see the preorder items show up within a few hours so that you can get them all regardless of where you ordered from.

| Not to say this is a bad game, because it isn't by any stretch - - but you're pounded in the face by cliches as soon as the game starts. Honestly, can we not come up with an original storyline for a fantasy RPG? The whole "huge (insert monster here) threat" thing has been done to death. Fucking hell. I hope there's a plotline that involves betraying the Gay Wardens, because I'm going with that sumbitch. |

| So how do these classes work? I was reading my instruction booklet on my way home from picking the game up for the 360 but haven't put it in to play yet. Base warrior class can specialize into 2 variations of the warrior tree? IE, Berserker and a Reaver? or can you branch out to be like a Berserker / Spirit Healer to be some kind of paladin esque class?

| Each class has 4 possibilities. You only get specialization points at 7 and 14, on top of having to unlock the classes. Warriors can be beserkers or templars, etc. Mages can be blood mages or shapeshifters, etc. You can't be a Rogue Blood Mage or anything like that though. I'm not sure if you can split the points between 2 different ones or not. I'm doubting it though. Okay, reading my manual, yes you can choose 2! And each unlocks a new row of skills.

| Doesn't work that way. At 7 you can choose one, and you get a row of 4 skills to learn like you normally do. At 14 you can choose another one.

Its the classic, "the true connoisseur asks to see screenshots of the menus" question. All the talk about the game, and I just wanted to know how the camera controls worked. haha And yeah, the animations do look better after a few minutes of playing. Something quick for rogues. should be fairly obvious, but just a heads up. When you target a bad guy, you get the red targeting receptical around their feet. The little black part at their backs is where you need to stand for sneak attacks. Also, the first mod I want. Reduce the size of weapons. The "daggers" my rogue has are a good 3ft long. the 1 handed longsword is about 5... Last edited by Caliane; 11-03-2009 at 03:47 PM..
